Being an Independent Watkins Associate combines several things that I like: food, baking with natural ingredients that are of the highest quality, making some money and working with a team.

I chose Watkins because I have always admired its owner, Irwin Jacobs. I met Mr. Jacbos when he was Chair of the 1991 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Minneapolis. He staged an extraordinary games and those of us who worked at SOI fell in love with the people of the Twin Cities for their generosity and enthusiastic spirt. When I heard that Mr. Jacobs wanted to offer a home business opportunity through Watkins to every American when the recession struck, then I knew that this gesture comes out of his generosity - not just a sense of profit and capitalism.

If you are visiting this site, I hope you will consider two things: purchasing some of the best products money can buy and also consider how some extra monthly income would fit in your life. Selling Watkins products is not so difficult. You start with yourself: buy the products you use and make them Watkins products. Then think of the people around you who use the basic things like spices, extracts, cookie bread and pizza mixes; as well, shampoo and conditioner, lip balms and tints; and then the home products which are safe from toxins like the furniture polish, window cleaner and dish soap.

What would you do with an extra $500 a month? Join me as an Independent Watkins Associate.
